The hotel offered rooms to a very high standard throughout, although they did have a musty odor and strong chemical air freshener. The bed was really nice and comfortable, which was all I needed for my short stay. The service was a mix of shock and resolution from initially anti-Semitic behavior to finally agreeing to move us without extra charge. The location was brilliant, with a central position close to many attractions and high cleaning standards. Dining was a bit of a disappointment with a limited breakfast selection that didn't meet expectations. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory.
